Privacy policy

This policy explains how the ZestUp website handles information. It covers this website only; each business using a ZestUp product publishes its own policy for its customers.

What we collect

When you send a demo request, a quote request or a message, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, company, business type, the product you are interested in and your message. We also record that you agreed to be contacted, the page you sent the form from and your browser’s user-agent string.

We do not store your IP address. To stop abuse we keep a one-way, keyed hash of it, which cannot be turned back into the address.

Cookies and tracking

The public website sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. A single, strictly necessary session cookie is used only when ZestUp staff sign in to the administration area.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request and to follow it up. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept while we are in contact with you. Once a request is closed it is deleted automatically after the retention period set by ZestUp (365 days by default).

Where it is stored

In a PostgreSQL database on servers operated for ZestUp. Access is limited to authorised staff, every sign-in is protected by a password and rate limits, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time by using the contact form on this website.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
